Rules & Terms for TM Gaming Giveaway's
- To enter the Giveaway you must be 13 years old or older and if you are under the age of 18 you must have parent or guardian consent.
- All giveaway's are based on USA products, please check to see if the prize will work in your region before entering. Prizes have no cash value or replacement if lost, stolen, or will not work in your region and are given as is.
- To sign up please enter your Twitch name. We will use this account you have entered to whisper to you that you have won.
- You will have 7 business days (Monday - Friday) to respond to the winning message to claim your prize. If after the 7 days has elapsed a new winner will be drawn.
- If the giveaway is a physical product, you will be asked to fill out a form for your address. If you live outside of the US or Canada you may have to cover the international shipping fees.
- If there are any other questions go to our discord and ask the Admin Team.
- Time for all entries to be entered is locked out at midnight on UTC Time (4PM PST, 6PM CST, 7PM EST, and Midnight GMT). Below is the current date and time as reflected by the server when you loaded this page.
